How will I know when my refund goes through?

Refunds take a little bit of time to process so you should see confirmation in your account or on your statement within 7 to 14 business days.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Customers returning items can expect to be refunded (store credit when applicable) in the method in which they paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their accepted return. We will not process refunds until the product is returned to our warehouse.

Is there a restocking fee?

There is no restocking fee for returning items.

Will you mail me a check for my refund?

We refund money through the payment method that we originally received. This means that you will get a paper check if that is how you made your purchase but we also refund to credit cards, Paypal, and checkout.

Can I just get store credit?

When returning cartridges that can no longer be used and still under our one year warranty, a refund would be issued back to the original method of payment. To keep the accounts clean we try to avoid leaving credits but it is an option, please contact us for this option.  All orders placed with store credit must be placed with a representative over the phone.

How do I get a replacement cartridge?

Replacing a compatible cartridge is simple! To get started, get in touch with our customer support team. If you have an issue with a product within the first year of purchase, we will send a replacement cartridge to you. A prepaid return mailing label will be included with the new cartridge so you can ship the faulty product back to our warehouse free of charge. Cartridges are also eligible for a replacement within the second year of purchase, but we ask that you ship the faulty cartridge back to our warehouse first. Once the faulty cartridge is received by our returns team, we will ship the replacement cartridge out to you via standard shipping.

Trouble within the first two years of purchase? We will gladly replace your cartridge at any time, just give us a call!

If a problem occurs at any point during the first year of purchase, we will replace the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price.

If you have any concerns within the second year we will replace the product or offer you store credit.

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or Genuine Brand Guarantee

OEM or genuine brand products are original cartridges sold by the printer manufacturer. If you are not satisfied with an OEM product, please contact us within 15 days so we can take care of you.

Customers may return unopened, defective or damaged products for a full refund within 15 days of purchase.

Customers will receive store credit for concerns dealt with 16-30 days after the date of purchase.
